Why does Brightech cost so much less than other designer lights?

We don’t believe high-quality designer lighting should costan arm and a leg. We use the same suppliers as the high-priced retailers, but use a direct to consumer model so we pass the savings off to you our consumer. We also have an industry leading 5 year warranty on all our products.

I don’t know which light to get, can you help me?

Where are all your products made?

All of our products are designed in Los Angeles and produced in Southern China. We only work with a trusted network of family-run factories, all ISO certified, that we have personally visited and make sure that meet our standards

How sustainable are your products?

All of our products are thoughtfully designed and built to last. It’s our way of cutting down on waste and (making sure we don’t just keep adding to the world’s growing landfills). We outfit all of our lights with environmentally friendly and energy efficient LED bulbs and use recycled paper and packaging whenever possible.

Ordering & Payment

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

Here at Brightech, we work quickly to fulfill your orders so you get them right away! That means that we are often unable to make changes after an order is placed. In some cases there might be a small window of time where we can change your shipping address or other information. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

What payments do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Apple Pay.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax on orders shipping to California. All other orders will be processed tax-free.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. But we are working on expanding Brightech to the rest of the states and going international as well!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

Returns & Replacements

What is your return policy?

Not loving it? No problem - we process returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Just pack it back up and ship it back using our prepaid shipping label. Brand-new items are refunded to the original method of purchase. For more information check out our returns page, or to get started with your return, head on over to our returns portal.

How long does it take to process a return?

We work hard to process your returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your item, we inspect it and generally process the return within a day or two, but please allow us up to 5 days.

Do you carry replacement parts?

We manufacture our products as a complete unit, but we know that sometimes life happens so we now carry some of our most commonly needed spare parts for purchase separately. Please reach out to us here with your product details to find out if we have the part you need.

Please note, returns are free within 30 days from purchase, but if an item is returned to us in damaged or unusable condition, the return will be reassessed and costs of the loss deducted.


Do you have a warranty?

Yes! Most of our competitors only offer a 1-year warranty, but we believe in our products so much that we offer an industry-leading 5-year warranty! Purchases made outside of come with a 3-year warranty which we encourage you to easily extend to 5 years here.

I didn't purchase on, am I still covered?

Yes! We sell on other platforms, so as long as you purchased from us on those platforms, you are covered! All you need in order to activate your warranty is an order number.
